Is shopping with you secure?

Yes it is. We take online security very seriously, and our checkout offers a range of options for making a payment to us, which are all 100% secure. We also never store any of your personal card details, these are only seen by whichever payment processor you choose to use when placing an order.

The only thing that we will keep a record of is your order and your name and address, and these details are never shared with any third parties.


How can I place an order with you?

Placing an order with us is easy we accept all major credit and debit cards, and these can be used through a choice of payment methods - PayPal or Nochex. You DO NOT need to have an account with any of these to make a payment to us, and you will not be required to sign up for one either.

To place an order with us simply add any personalised details for the product on the personalise this item tab then add the product to the shopping basket and select a delivery method from the dropdown list, and then click 'Checkout Securely' to pay via Nochex. Alternatively click the PayPal button to pay with this instead.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a email confirmation from us.
 

Spelling, Dates & Grammar

It is essential that you check your spelling, dates and grammar before adding your gift to the shopping basket as any mistakes made cannot be rectified once the order has been processed and we wouldnt like you to be disapointed with your gift. 

We advise all customers never to use all capital letters as this can look untidy and difficult to read, please note with some gifts this wouldnt be the case as all text on certain gifts will be printed all in capitals.

Please be aware when adding your personalised details that we can only use the standard alphabet and numbers any special characters will be ignored and printed as standard.

 
How long to produce my gift?

All our ifts are bespoke and made especially for you. This takes a little time so please try not to order at the last minute. The time it takes to make a produt varies on the type of gift.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes we are unable to take payments over the telephone using a secure card payment system or we can take payment via paypal invoice, if you require anymore information we would be more than happy to help you with the checkout stage.
