Delivery Times

Here at Creative Gifts uk we will always do our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of your order (on week days only). This does not always apply to personalised gifts as some gifts require a little extra time and care to carry out the personalisation process. We will endeavour to process all orders the same day if received by 1pm.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and outside the UK mainland will take additional please contact us for more information on timescales for these delivery options

For personalised gifts the personalisation process takes time and while many orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days some types of personalisation takes a little longer therefore please allow time for delivery, usually 7-10 working days this excludes bank holidays and weekends.

If for any reason your gift is not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we have quoted to you, please contact us by email with your order number and we will do our utmost to look into this and ensure that your gift is received as quickly as possible.

All queries regarding the delivery of your purchase must be received within 3 working days of an expected delivery date.

Delivery Charges

The vast majority of our gifts will cost no more than £3.95  additional gifts will be £1.00 extra to a maximum of £5.95 some other items including a selection of photo gifts will only cost £2.00 with no additional cost for more than one.

We do have a first class tracked and signed option cost will be £4.95, please bear in mind if using this option as it does not always guarantee next day delivery as some personalised gifts can take 1-3 working days to produce. If selecting this option all orders must be place before 1pm.

Returns/ Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply return them to us you have 
14 days from the date the order was received, and then an additional 14 days from when you have informed us to the goods needing to be sent back. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. 

You can not return items in the following circumstance - Personalised items - unless faulty and items which have spelling mistakes made by yourself once they have been sent for production. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For non-personalised items returned or personalised items returned which were dispatched incorrectly by ourselves the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

Faulty Items

If your product arrives and it appears to be faulty, please contact us immediately in order that we can advise you of the best way forward. In some cases, we may need the item to be returned in order that we can have it checked it before a replacement is issued. We will always strive to ensure that all problems are resolved as soon as possible.

For damaged or faulty items we will require photographic proof from yourself so that we can investigate further. We will be unalbe to help untill we receive your photos.

Cancellation rights

Customers are entitled to cancel an order in writing from the date of placing an order and up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods. However, all personalised items are exempt from cancellation, as is pre-recorded material, software and fragrances where the seal has been broken

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue you with a full refund at any time. including but not limited to us being unable to fulfil an order due to supplier issues or the possibility of fraud

Damaged Items

Although your order is well packaged by our warehouse, unfortunately on occasion, some damages may occur in transit. Damaged orders need to be notified to creativegifts@sky.com within 48 hours of receipt. Providing the item is in stock a replacement will be dispatched, alternatively a replacement can be set up for when stock arrives or we can issue a full refund.
