All descriptions and other information is published on this site in good faith. In the event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel the order 'without notice'. Acceptance of an order only applies once the goods have been allocated to dispatch.

Ordering from us

The personalisation process takes time and while many orders are dispatched to you within 2-5 full working days some types of personalisation take a little longer therefore please allow time for delivery, usually within 7-10 full working days this time excludes weekends and bank holidays. Any items which may have a longer delivery time will be stated as such in the product description.

These times may be extended during busy periods such as Christmas.

We will endeavor to dispatch your all orders by Royal Mail 1st class delivery.

Once your Order has been processed and dispatched this delivery option have a suggested delivery time of 2-5 days by the royal mail delivery service

If you have not received your order within this suggested time frame you must contact your local sorting office in case it has been left there for collection. ( in case delivery has been attempted, but no card has been left. ). This must be done prior to contacting us about a non-delivered order.

If for whatever reason you do not receive your order within ten days of the date of dispatch we will not be held responsible for the loss of orders unless you have contacted us between 10-21 days after the original dispatch date. After 10 days we can then help with locating your order and possibly re-issue a duplicate. We hold the right to not send out a duplicate order after the 21 day waiting period is up. In the event of a duplicate order being dispatched due to a missing order and the original order eventually shows up you must decline the delivery so it will be returned to us.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.

We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and Endeavour to dispatch within 2-5 working days if ordered before 2pm. on any given working day. We hold no responsibility if the delivery details you have entered are incorrect and you subsequently incur further charges. It is possible to have goods delivered to an alternative address to the billing address. You will have this option during the shopping cart process.

Currently we are only able to ship within the UK . This includes Engalnd, Scotlish mainland, Wales and Norther Ireland (alsong as you have a UK postcode (This excludes the Channel Islands, Scotish Highlands,) If you are unsure or would like a shipping quote to these areas then please email us at creativegifts@sky.com with your requirements. If You do not contact us and you wish your order to be delivered to one of our excluded areas we will contact you prior to dispatch with any extra postal expenses that you may incur to see if you would still like to go ahead with your order.

Orders will be processed and dispatched during our normal working hours which are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We cannot accept any responsibility for items not being delivered within suggested timescales, including any extra costs or fees which you may incur due to missed deadlines or delays.

Returns/ Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply return them to us you have 14 days from the date the order was received, and then an additional 14 days from when you have informed us to the goods needing to be sent back. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. 

You can not return items in the following circumstance - Personalised items - unless faulty and items which have spelling mistakes made by yourself once they have been sent for production. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For non-personalised items returned or personalised items returned which were dispatched incorrectly by ourselves the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

Faulty Items

If your product arrives and it appears to be faulty, please contact us immediately in order that we can advise you of the best way forward. In some cases, we may need the item to be returned in order that we can have it checked it before a replacement is issued. We will always strive to ensure that all problems are resolved as soon as possible.

For damaged or faulty items we will require photographic proof from yourself so that we can investigate further. We will be unalbe to help untill we receive your photos.

Cancellation rights

Customers are entitled to cancel an order in writing from the date of placing an order and up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods. However, all personalised items are exempt from cancellation, as is pre-recorded material, software and fragrances where the seal has been broken

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue you with a full refund at any time. including but not limited to us being unable to fulfil an order due to supplier issues or the possibility of fraud


Please note that the colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed on your computer monitor, if the colour is important to you you place the order at your own risk.

Damaged Items

Although your order is well packaged by our warehouse, unfortunately on occasion, some damages may occur in transit. Damaged orders need to be notified to creativegifts@sky.com within 48 hours of receipt. Providing the item is in stock a replacement will be dispatched, alternatively a replacement can be set up for when stock arrives or we can issue a full refund.

Personalised Products

Please note that all personalised products are unable to be returned as each one is customised to order. It is extremely important that great care is taken when giving personalisation details as we will reproduce exactly what is given to us. It may be that we have to slightly change layout to suit the item which is being personalised. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personalised Alcohol

We may refuse to sell alcohol to any persons we belive may be under the age of 18 and may carry our further ID checks after checkout and also at the point of delivery.


We, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering this Website), and any of our group companies and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with this Website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of this Website, any websites linked to this Website or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this Website or your downloading of any material from this Website or any websites linked to this Website.

If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.

You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, or your use of this Website, or the use by any other person using your registration details.
